Independent inspection of polyester fiber and insulation evidence

SUS-A structure adapted to quality assurance

THERMOLITE Quality Assurance Starts with Scope

This page is an independent evidence gate, not a certification program. It organizes what must be identified, measured, documented, and bounded before a material statement is released.

Review commitment

No claim moves ahead of its material identity.

THERMOLITE® EcoMade Fiber, THERMOLITE® ALL SEASON EcoMade Fiber, THERMOLITE® INFRARED Fiber, THERMOLITE® FAR INFRARED Fiber, THERMOLITE® EcoMade Insulation, THERMOLITE® T-DOWN EcoMade Insulation, and THERMOLITE® T3 EcoMade Insulation remain separate current families. A statement about one is not copied to another.

Fiber and insulation are also kept separate. Fiber behavior is evaluated within the resulting yarn and fabric construction. Insulation behavior is evaluated within its batting or blown form and, when relevant, the complete shell-lining assembly. Finished goods remain third-party applications.

Three release gates

Identity, specimen, and statement

Gate 01

Identity gate

Record the full technology name, owner source, material form, and current official page. Reject cross-industry homonyms, finished-goods SKUs, legacy owner strings, competitor queries, and names that do not map cleanly to current evidence.

Gate 02

Specimen gate

Capture composition, linear density or GSM, fabric construction, insulation basis weight, loft or thickness, layer position, conditioning, moisture exposure, care, and assembly details that can change the measured outcome.

Gate 03

Statement gate

Match each published sentence to the exact product, specimen, method, units, entity, date or validity, and document. Separate technical evidence from trademark permission, certification, and supply authorization.

Evidence completion

Progress bars describe document readiness, not product performance.

A review can be complete only when its required fields are present. The percentages below are procedural thresholds for an evidence file. They do not measure warmth, recycled content, durability, breathability, or any THERMOLITE® technology.

If a field is unavailable, the resulting claim is narrowed or marked “not established.” The guide never replaces a missing test with marketing language and never converts grams, loft, or thickness into a universal temperature rating.

Technology identity recordRequired: full name, form, owner source
Construction recordRequired: specimen and assembly fields
Method recordRequired for numerical performance language
Claim-scope recordRequired: product, entity, validity, proposed wording

Evidence classes, not badges

Documents answer different questions.

Official product identity

Supports the existence, ownership, material form, and current name of a technology. It does not establish that this guide is official or authorized.

Technical data or test report

Supports defined properties for a named specimen under stated methods and conditions. It does not automatically cover another weight, blend, construction, or finished article.

Recycled-content evidence

Supports the applicable feedstock and percentage for the exact product and scope. EcoMade wording is not a portfolio-wide 100% recycled claim.

Certification record

Must identify the holder, standard, product or facility scope, issuer, and validity. This independent guide has no certifications and does not certify supplied materials.

Trademark permission

Logo, hangtag, TMLA, and authorized-mill questions require the appropriate official channel. Technical evidence alone does not grant permission.

Medical and safety claims

Infrared mechanism language does not support circulation, healing, pain relief, therapy, or health outcomes. Warming ingredients do not establish PPE or hazard protection.

Release a bounded statement

Send the exact evidence package, not a logo or retail listing.

Include the technology, material form, construction, measured property, method, source, scope, and proposed wording. No license, authorization, certification, or supply relationship is inferred.
